The Body Loop is an adjustable resistance band designed specifically for yoga, Pilates and rehab-based movement programs. It offers stability, balance, support and enhanced proprioceptive feedback. Along with the myriad benefits of yoga, there is the risk of becoming unstable from too much flexibility and not enough strength. Join Diane Bruni to explore how the Body Loop can help us train more strength into yoga postures by encouraging a dynamic relationship within each pose rather than a passive movement through them. By adding resistance and feedback this practice cultivates a skillful balance between flexibility, strength and motor control.
